Autumn is a time for cozying up with candles, hot cocoa and warm blankets. We're going to see some brand new trends and some repeats this year. The colors are recognizable, but if you're curious, there are some things I didn't expect to see again.

What are the colors of autumn?
Pantone colors were very popular last fall, and I think we'll see them again this year. As always, beige, black, white and gray are also some beautiful shades to wear, and they suit many, but this year we need a little more color. Colors such as, dark green and dark blue, as well as burgundy, we'll see a lot more in the fall of 2024. We'll also see a lot of pastel colors, which will follow us throughout the year.
What clothes are trending in fall 2024?
Denim fall 2024
Denim is a timeless classic that will always be a part of fashion, but in the fall of 2024 we will see a more experimental and bold approach to denim clothing. Designers will focus on adding unique details such as different colors, prints or decorations to denim. We have a special scam for jeans this coming fall.
Low waist pants and skirts 2024
Something that some of us have experienced before and perhaps feared a little bit is that low waist pants and skirts will be a big trend in fall 2024. This style is inspired by 90s fashion and will give a relaxed and cool look. Low waist can be difficult to style, but with the right combination of tops and accessories it can create a sophisticated and stylish look.
Baggy pants and suits 2024
We're going to see even more suits for women this coming fall. They were already popular last year, but this year the pants are getting wider and more relaxed. The great thing about suits for women is that they're so versatile, and you can wear them for pretty much any occasion. Here at the office, we often wear them for everyday wear, and I'd be lying if I didn't say that my suit has been worn for a city trip or 5.
Sweaters 2024
Sweaters will always be an essential part of the fall wardrobe, but in fall 2024 there will be more focus on unique and interesting details. Designers will focus on adding more texture and different materials to sweaters, such as knits, fur or plush. There will also be more focus on colors and prints, which can give sweaters a more eye-catching and unique style.
Coats 2024
Coats will be another important part of fall fashion in 2024. Long coats, trench coats, and jackets will all be in fashion, and there will be several different styles to choose from. Designers will focus on adding more details to the coats, such as belts or embroidery.
Tall boots 2024
Tall boots will be a major part of fall fashion in 2024. These boots can give an elegant and sophisticated look, and they can also be used to keep your feet warm during the colder months. Designers will focus on different styles such as over the knee boots or slouchy boots, and there will also be several different colors and materials that tall boots will be made from. These will vary depending on the designer, but leather and suede are likely to be popular choices.
Sweater weather is coming
I've said it before and I'll say it again. We absolutely love sweaters and knitwear. They're easy to style and they can complete any outfit. We have a wide selection of different sweaters in the shop, which you can find here.
A sweater is great for a variety of events and you can dress it up or down. If you're going out to eat, you can throw a sweater over your shoulders in case it gets cold, and if not, you'll look chic while you eat. It's also nice and warm and perfect for a movie night on the couch or at the cinema.
Fun autumn activities
I've asked around the office about what they love to do in the fall, so here are some ideas for fun activities you can do in the fall of 2024.
- Go for a walk in the beautiful colors. We all love to get outside, even if it can be a little cold, but throw on your sweater and warm coat and you're ready. It doesn't cost anything, and you can go listen to a good podcast or grab a friend and go for a walk in the woods.
- Go to the zoo. Our store is located in Aalborg, and we think it's really nice to take a trip to Aalborg Zoo for a little change. You can also combine a trip to the zoo with your walk. This way you also have some fun animals to look at while you walk around.
- Go to the movies. At the office, we've agreed that there are just some movies that you should watch at the movies. Even better is to get movie theater popcorn; there's just something about them that makes them better. Then you don't have to worry about the weather, which we have to agree can sometimes be a bit rainy in the fall.
- Go to a café. A cozy trip with the girls to a café is rarely something you can say no to. In the fall, there's nothing better than warming your fingers with a hot cup of cocoa.
