Return shipping costs 49,- and is self-paid. You pay for the label at the end of the link.

You can print your return label from home or choose to get a print-free version. Here you will be sent a QR code that you can show at your parcel shop and they will print the label for you. NOTE: QR code only applies in DK.

If you want the print-free version, remember to select it!

Always remember to get a delivery note for your package.

14-day return policy

At Astrid Frank you always have a 14-day right of return. We also offer exchanges of goods within the same period.

Free exchange

When exchanging for a different size, you must create a return and select the products from your order that you would like in a different size and select them in the returns system. An order will then be created in our system and we will pack it for you. You will also receive a return label so that you can send the wrong sizes back to us. CREATE YOUR EXCHANGE HERE

We only exchange for other sizes, if you want a different color, please contact customer service at info@astridfrank.dk.

NOTE! Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock!

Return prices

Denmark: 49.00 DKK
 Sweden: 79.00 DKK
 Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland: 69.00 DKK / approx. 9.25 EUR

Currency fluctuations are taken into account and therefore international prices may differ. The current prices are calculated in DKK.

Return in physical store

It is not possible to return items in our physical store if they were purchased on the website. All online orders must be returned online.

We only accept returns that are purchased in-store.

Note

We do not accept exchanges or returns if the value of the item has been reduced due to:

  • The item has been put into use.
  • If we assess that the item smells of smoke, sweat or detergent/perfume.
  • Hair or marks on the item.
  • The goods are not returned in original packaging.

Self-tanners and liquids

We do not accept returns where the product has been opened/used. If the seal is broken/the product is opened, the right to return is waived.

Gifts

Gifts can only be exchanged or returned after 14 days, if agreed upon at the time of purchase. If your order contains a gift that must be given 14 days after receipt, please contact us at info@astridfrank.dk so that we can extend your right of return.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us by email: info@astridfrank.dk with your order number and pictures of the product in question.

If the item is returned due to a complaint or other error, we will pay the shipping. However, it is required that the package is sent through our returns portal and that you have contacted us first so that we can approve the complaint.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must make a complaint within a 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the fault.

Refund of amount

The refund amount is available within 7 business days after we have received your package. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We may withhold payment until we have received the item. If you have used MobilePay, the money will be refunded to the card associated with your MobilePay.

Use of other shipping companies

It is optional which shipping company you wish to use. If you choose not to use our own return portal, the return is at your own risk.

We would like to point out that the package must be delivered to our address and not to a parcel shop. If the package is delivered to a parcel shop, it will automatically be sent back to you. We will pick up NOT in parcel shops. It is not possible to drop off the package directly at the storage hotel, so you cannot deliver it to the address yourself. It must be sent.
