Shipping is DKK 29, which is free shipping on purchases of more than DKK 499

We deliver 2-4 days after your order, if you have not received the package within the following days, you are welcome to contact us to find out the track & trace number and possible pick-up location.
Your package will either be delivered to the nearest parcel box

We ship with Dao & bring.
Dao delivers every day all year round.
Bring delivers on weekdays (I do that right now but it could be GLS)

You will receive an email & sms when we hand in your package where you can follow the package via track & trace
If you can not find your track & trace number, send us an email and we will look it up for you.
(this can also be changed when the GLS agreement is implemented).

Unfortunately, we do not ship to business addresses. It is possible to enter the business address and have the package sent to the nearest parcel shop.

If you have not picked up your package within the stated pick-up deadline, the package will be returned to us. To have it sent to you again, you must pay the DKK 29 in shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to follow the tracking number and have the package picked up even if you have not received instructions.

We deliver so far only in Denmark, in which case you want to have a package sent abroad, contact us on our e-mail and tell us where you want the package sent to. (This will also change when GLS takes over)

We will process your return order as soon as possible once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Usually 3-5 business days pass from the day we start the refund.

However, in rare cases it can take up to 30 days. It depends on your bank when the money appears in your account.
Please note that it can take up to the current month + 1 month if you have used MasterCard when ordering.  

No, we do not refund the difference between the normal price and the offer price

It is very different if we get sold out items in stock again, often the items are deleted from our supplier, but in that case you want to order a sold out item, send us an email at   about what items you want as well as size.
