Order before 2:00 PM on weekdays and the package will be shipped the same day.
We offer 1-2 business day delivery , so orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Delivery times:
Denmark: 1-2 business days with GLS.
Sweden: 1-4 business days with GLS.
Germany: 1-3 business days with GLS.
Belgium: 1-3 business days with GLS.
Netherlands: 1-3 business days with GLS.
Finland: 3-5 business days with GLS.

To parcel shop with GLS in Denmark: 39 DKK, free shipping for purchases over 599 DKK
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Finland: 79 DKK, free shipping on purchases over 699 DKK
The applicable prices are in DKK, and therefore reservations are made for currency changes when using another currency.
We currently ship to Sweden, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland.

We will process your return order as soon as possible once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Normally, it takes 1-10 business days from the day we start the refund until it can be seen in the account in question.
However, in rare cases it can take up to 30 days. It depends on your bank when the money appears in your account.
Please note that it may take up to the current month +1 month if you used MasterCard when ordering.
ORDER INFORMATION
You will receive an email when your order is packed, where you can follow the package with track and trace.
If you can't find your track and trace number, please send us an email so we can help you.

If you have not collected your package within the specified collection period, the package will be returned to us.
To have the package resent, you must pay the shipping costs again.
Please note that it is your responsibility to follow the tracking number and pick up the package - even if you have not received instructions.

We will not refund the difference between the normal price and the promotional price.
It varies greatly whether we get sold-out items back in stock.
Our supplier often runs out of stock of the products. However, you can sign up for the product and size in question. Then you will be the first to receive an email if the product is back in stock.
