At Astrid Frank we try to reduce the use of plastic and use recyclable materials that are more environmentally friendly. You can therefore take your items home with a clear conscience. Read more about 'Plastic No Thanks' here .

2nd sorting

In Aalborg we have created a section where you can buy all our second-hand goods. Today, far too much clothing is sent to incineration as mixed waste, and this benefits neither consumers nor the environment. Most often, this clothing only has a small defect, requires washing, is missing a small seam or similar.

Please note that the goods can only be purchased by pickup in Aalborg and we do not accept returns.

Less paper

We do not print and attach unnecessary return labels and order confirmations, as all of this can be found online and our experience is that these papers simply end up in the trash.

Return Policy

One of the biggest environmental culprits is our returns, which, in addition to being time-consuming, also contributes to unnecessary transportation and thus CO2 emissions.

We have therefore made a statement at Astrid Frank that returns cost 49 DKK due to this. We also encourage our customers to think about their purchase - please contact us with questions regarding sizes, pictures of the products and the goods can be tried on in our physical store at Kastetvej 26G, 9000 Aalborg.
