Who are we?

Astrid Frank is a woman-owned company that, as mentioned, consists of both a webshop and a physical store, where warehouse and office are also located. We are committed to following fashion, while at the same time not selling the popular brands that everyone else sells, and therefore you can find some more unique items with us.
However, not everything is fashionable for us, and we are taking initiatives to become greener as a company. You can read more about all of this under ' sustainability '.

Where is Astrid Frank located?

Well, that's just it, because we are not necessarily easy to find. We are located in Aalborg Vestby at the address Kastetvej 26G surrounded by vibrant traffic, grocery stores and specialty shops. Even though we are a bit hidden, there are plenty of ways to get here. The city buses (more specifically all 2s) stop at Vestbyen Station, as do the regional trains. Here you just have to walk a little up Kastetvej and turn into the small alley that comes before Ulla Therkelsen Café - go right again in the alley, and you will find us. If you come by car, we recommend that you park at Kvickly, which has one hour of free parking. Here you have to go into the small alley immediately to the left of Kvickly, and then you have us. There is also a sign above the alley.

So there are many ways to get here, but it takes a little guidance to find the store. You might ask yourself why you would settle in a place that can be such a challenge to find, but having a store in Aalborg Vestby has its advantages.
First of all, we have some large, spacious premises, which are difficult to find in Aalborg Centrum. This has made it possible to have a store, warehouse and office together, which is not only extremely practical for the physical store, but also ensures a good working community where everyone knows each other.
In addition, a large part of the choice is based on the fact that Aalborg Vestby is a rapidly developing district, and there are already a number of grocery stores, restaurants and specialty stores. A large number of people live and work there, but there is no flashy selection of clothing stores, where we at Astrid Frank see an opportunity to be the first in this particular branch of retail. Just like in the webshop, we have a wide range of clothes, shoes and accessories, with enough variety to tempt most people, and unlike our webshop, in our store you have the opportunity to try on the clothes and see how they fit you. Since our store is connected to our warehouse, we will also have the opportunity to find all the sizes for you, so you don't have to worry that there is a variant that is not available in the store. And is the size not in the store itself? No problem, our nice employees will of course go to the warehouse and check, because we are very happy to make sure that we provide excellent service to all our customers, and we would prefer that everyone leaves here happy with a smile on their face.
Finally, we would like to highlight the option of free pick-up in the store. Because who knows? It could be that in the comfort of your own home you find the perfect dress or a pair of pants that are just what you need, but you don't want to pay for shipping? Then you're lucky, you can order for free pick-up in our store and the pick-up person will pick up the clothes themselves, after you had to go shopping anyway, or you can send someone else to pick them up on your behalf. No matter what, it's smart.
