Buying Christmas gifts from Astrid Frank

This year we have chosen to offer our normal 14-day return from the day the package is received by the buyer. After that, we offer until January 9th, quite exceptionally, that you can exchange for another item or receive a credit card. We must receive notification of whether you want an exchange or credit card by our email no later than January 9th, 2026.

The extension of the rules is valid from November 24, 2025 until and including December 23, 2025.

Exchange for another size

Exchange to another size can be made up to and including January 9, 2026. This is done as follows:

• Place an order with the correct size (we will refund any shipping).
• Please provide the old order number and the new order number in an email to info@astridfrank.dk.
• The buyer of the gift has received an order confirmation, which includes the order number.
• We will then send you a free return label by email for the old order.
• When we receive the package, we will refund the money. Please note that the money goes to the person who originally purchased the gift.

So that means you are facing the new order.

I don't want to keep the gift I received.

If you do not want to keep a gift you have received, you have the following options.

1. Make use of the standard right of withdrawal (14 days from package pickup)

• Contact the person you received the gift from to find out if this is possible.
  
  

2. Return the order and receive a credit note equal to the amount the product cost. This can be done up until and including January 9, 2026.

• Contact us at info@astridfrank.dk with your order number.
• The buyer of the gift has received an order confirmation, which includes the order number.
• We will then send you a free return label.
• When we receive the package, we will send you a credit note by email, corresponding to the value of the returned products.
• Here, the credit will go directly to the gift recipient, instead of the person who purchased the gift.
